requirments for becoming a chiropractor

(6 discussions)

: I am very interested in becoming a chiropractor.
I plan on attending the college of san mateo for two years and than transfer to UC Davis. I need to know the required classes to take and your advice on pursuing this career. Also are there any prerequisits needed to even apply? Are there any tests or special requirements? And what major does chiropractics fall under? Any type of help would be highly appreciated, thanks.

You should e-mail the site owners directly and ask them to formerly request a chiropractor to answer the posts. I have answered a couple when I have had the time. I have, however, never been asked to do so. I would encourage people to continue to submit their questions. I can only imagine that they will eventually be answered and, even if not in time for the individual who submitted the post, then the information will be their for someone else with a similar concern
