rotator cup tendonitis
I hurt my shoulder sometime in August. I have been going to Orthopedist. However I fell on the same shoulder. It is painful in the shoulder and muscle area of my arm. Any sugestions to aleve the pain, It is hard to use my are and reack back etc.

well if icing and taking mortin or alleve doesnt allievate symptoms then u should go back to OS
