I just had a surgery on my left shoulder with complications in my bicep in mid July and I’ve been feeling close to “80%” for the past couple of month. I just saw my surgeon today for my 6 mos check up and he was so pleased with my progress but said I still have lots of healing to do and it can take up to a year.. So, I have 6 more months to even get better. I’m back to playing tennis not vigourustly though and I’ll be back at the gym next week. Good luck to you
I did not have surgery on rotor cuff, and mine is torn. Its been four yearsnow, and its feeling more stiff. WillI be ok without surgery. Its too expensive.
