My daughter is 16 yr old and is complaining of right knee pain in the back of her knee for the last 2 mos. Sitting for long periods, squatting really cause her alot of pain. She use to catch in softball and now cannot. She walk ok and even play basketball but it is when she sits and has her knee bent that really hurts. Could this be a Baker’s Cyst? If so, is surgery the only option? If not, what else could it be? She has not noticed swelling but I have not checked yet because as usual teenagers do, she just now told me. Thanks alot, Becky
