scar tissue – feet

I had neuroma surgery about 6 years ago.
(1 in each foot).
Last year a 2nd surgery was done in which they found massive scar tissue.
The other foot is very bad now, but I’d like to know if there are various methods to remove scar tissue.
Can a lasar be used?
The last surgery they could only kind of push some of it aside, they said.
I want to be sure as much as possible is removed, in the best way possible.

A laser is a tool that is useful to burn tissue. I am not familiar with using it for the purpose you describe.Any cutting (or injury for that matter) will result in scar tissue. Controlling excess bleeding and closing down the empty space where the neuroma is removed helps decrease the amount of scar tissue. You need to discuss your concerns with your doctor.
