Scholiosis

I am a 19 year old male and was recently diagnosed with scholiosis.
My doctor said that it was to late to treat since I was almost done growing, and since there isn’t a whole lot of pain right now he said he wouldn’t recommend surgery. But I have been having trouble with my shoulders and legs…. I am not for sure if my scholiosis has made a big impact on on how my body grew or not.
I have also had problems with my lower back popping out of place when I am up for a long time.
It doesn’t hurt… It just get’s annoying that it pops a lot.
My orthopedic surgeon said that it was because my tendons and ligaments were healthy….but should it do that all the time??????
