Sesamoiditis
Hello,
I am a long distance runner dealing with sesamoiditis. I have tried orthotics, shots, padding, tapping, celebrex, icing and nothing seems to relieve this condition. I have been forced to reduce my running to almost nothing. Is their anything else I can do. I understand that a sesamoidectomy can result in significant side effects. Thanks in advance for your help.
