Severe achilles pain & extra bone

Six weeks ago, my left ankle area would tighten up to where I’d have to pop it throughout the day. Then I rolled it and am now in a fracture boot recovering. It was discovered that I had an extra bone (not spur)in my heel or ankle which was making it worse. I’ve been in the boot for almost 3 wks and now, my OTHER ankle/heel does the same thing. Achilles tendon discomfort and with certain movement, SEVERE pain there…as if some ligament is getting cought up on a bone during any shift in the movement of the ankle joint. My activity level has not changed, I have always exercised regularly.
Something here is NOT right, this pain is excrutiating and odd. It feels like the ligaments cannot hold the bones in the joint.
Even when crossing my legs, the ankle ‘falls out’ of the joint and the achilles is just peirced! Also, I am a pronator.
Could there possibly be an extra bone in my right foot as well? Its as though my ankles are just falling apart.

I am sorry I really can’t tell you anything, as I did not examine you. Your answers need to come from your treating doctor.
