severe back pain…bulging disk

i am 19 years old…in july of this year all the sudden I started having severe lower back pain, esp. on my right side. its the worse when I sit and lie down I went to the doctor and he said he thinks I have a bulging disk…. What is that? the pain is constantly getting worse. its the worst in the evenings and night. I don’t know what to do nothing helps. my question is…. what is a bulging disk? what causes it? what do you do about it?

i am 55 yrs lod male who just found out I have l34-l45-s1 bulging disks also s1 is inpinging on the sacaral sac?can you tell me if a chiopracta can help

i am 39 years old and was diagnost with my 2nd bulged disk I had surgery to remove the first one of c6-7 now the dr says I have one at c5 as well just wen I thougt all my pain was over its here again.alot of dr don’t realize how painful this is as well as them telling me they don’t no wat causes this . I would like to no so they don’t keep reaccuring wat do I do?can ugive me some advice
