severe headache associated with neck pain

I’ve had this neck pain/headache for going on 7 days.
I can’t believe it.
I get minimal relief from ibuprofen/nsaids but not for long.
When it’s at the worst, the pain seems to go from the base of my neck to my right eye.
My eyesight gets blurry.
It feels like someone has the back of my head & neck in a vise. Also some pain in my shoulder blade.
The pain in my neck is on both sides but but only my right eye hurts. But both eyes get blurry.
This has been progressing every day.
I have no fever though. What should I do?
