I shattered my ankel in 2012 and just had it fused.
It is feeling better, but now I need to get back in shape without hurting it again and with not much movement in ankel area. any suggestions?
HelloI am curious about your fused ankle, I shattered my ankle back in 1989 and have had all the hardware taken out 2yrs later. It has major arthritis now and I need a brace to help walk. The Doctor’s do not want to fuse until I can’t stand the pain anymore. I’m just curious how come you had it fused so soon..and how is it going?thanksMike Hermansen
