Shattered toe
I Broke my second toe from the left on my left foot. (the toe next to my baby toe) The emergency doctor said it was shattered but Buddy tapping was all they could do. He said if it were a big toe or the side of my foot it would require surgery. But because it is not used much it would not. Should I seek a professional or do you agree with this advice? I don’t want to paint all ER doctors in a bad light when it comes to fractures in a foot. I have seen numerous instances where the patient has had similiar treatment as yours, only to come in several weeks after not improving. I suggest for more information, you should see a podiatrist.
