I have recently been diagnosed with Sheurmann’s Disease but know very little about it. I am 38 years old and would like to know if there is anything I can do about this now. Most articles I have read are about teenagers whose bones are not fully developed and therefore have some chance of fighting it.I still do not know what causes it what it actually means or how to deal with it. Can it be passed on to my children and what the prognosis is.Any information you can give me would be helpful as my GP seems to know very little about it.Kind RegardsMary
