Shin Splints
I`ve been feeling a terreble pain on my calves, right behind the bones, both legs. Asking around, people say that it is shin splints. I work as a valet, parking cars, running a lot. Can you guys give me some information about it? How to treat it?? Thank you very much,Atila.

should I wrapp them with ace or inzzer wrapps . I know too ice them down for 20min on 20 off, but for how long and befor walking or after walking? how long till I,ll be able to jog? list of things that will work type it out like i,am 3yrs old. Thank you Sincerly Troy!
