im becca and this year for basketball I have started to get shin splints I don’t want to stop playing but I don’t want to hurt so bad….many people have said that you can tape your shins but they didn’t know how…last year they wouldnt let me play I had them so bad so please help me I need to know how do you tape shin splints!!

Hello, I am in highschool and I’m on the soccer team our first soccer game is in five days and I have just got these shin splints that kill in the lower inner part of both of my calf. I was wondering to know on what to do to releave some of the pain.
