How many days of no activity should it be about for shin splints to disappear? Also, is it possible to have a tibia stress fracture and not have pain when walking other than after exercise?

    my son, who is track, has really been complaining of pain to his shins. so bad that it impairs his normal gait. could you please help me with the how to’s of taping the shins so he can once again enjoy thr sport he loves?

    i have shin splints and some days my shins hurt and other days they don’t and i do have a lump on my shin but my doctor says it’s not a fracture it’s built up scar tissue wh at do you think?

    Would a single or double cho pat be a benefit in rehabing a tibial stress fractue? Would it be useful in preventing re injury?
