shoe inserts

I recently bought a pair of 2″ heels online and they are about 1/2 size too big. Of course, they are the only size available. Do they make some sort of insert I can put in the toe of the shoe to push my foot back in the shoes, so there’s no visible gapping at the heel? I am familiar with heel inserts but was hoping there would be something which might be hidden and give the appearance of proper fit. Thank you.

Off the top of my head I can’t really think of anything that would work in a 2″ heel. It would also crowd your toes and push the foot up, probably becoming uncomfortable. If you wanted to try something inexpensive, you might get a foam insole such as a Dr. Scholl’s Air pillow and cut off the back part and put in the front in the toe box area.
