Sholder pain

My pain starts at the mussle between my spine and sholder blade, goes under the sholder blade and into the arm pit and down my arm into the inside of my elbo.
It subsides when I lay down.
Hurts worse when I drive.
I am a mechanic and I think I hurt it while lifting.

Hello, I have been having a lot of pain in my left shoulder. It started about 2 or 3 months ago and it goes from my shoulder blade down under and on top of my cuff, down my arm and into my fingers. It swells up from time to time. I’ve had an MRI done and it came back negative. every DR. that I’ve seen can’t figure out what is wrong with it. Please help me. Megan Anderson, Findlay, OH.
