Shoulder

Experienced shoulder subluxation in mid-twenties trying to scale a wall.
Since then, I will experience randomly an occasional ‘subluxation’ of the shoulder…or what I think is a tendon slipping off, followed by a painful spasm, and then the ‘joint’ or ‘tendon’ coming back into place.
I am not incapacitated after this, although my bicep and anterior deltoid is very sore for a couple of days.
My range of motion returns in a few days as well, and I’m able to do most anything.
Is this description something of a shoulder subluxation, or an over-developed bicep? anterior deltoid? combined with weak scapular/subscapular muscles?
