Shoulder

I was in a car accident on July 24th 2016. The doctor thought that I had torn my rotator cuff so she sent me for an MRI. The results of it came back saying that the rotator cuff was intact but that there was a lot of fluid in my bicept tendon. Can someone help me out and explain to me what this means? I have not been able to lift my arm above my shoulder since I have been in the accident. If anyone out there has any idea it would be great to hear from you.Thanks.Shrek

I forgot to put somemore info on my post. I have had pain in my shoulder as well as in my arm. My left arm feels week all the time as well. I can not lift me 1 year old daughter with my left arm. The MRI report said “tendinosis of the upper tendon of long head of biceps”. I do not know what this is and my doctor is on holidays till the 10th of september or something like that. I am doinf PT right now as well as medical accupuncture at physio. If anyone can help it would be great. Thanks again.Shrek
