Shoulder

I fell on my shoulder several years ago. I had trouble moving it for a few days but never saught any treatment. I now have a dramatic click when I touch my finger to my shoulder and move my elbow to the right. It also get numb occasionally right down to the hand. There is also a bump where my shoulder connects to the collar bone. Any suggestions.
