shoulder instability

I suffer from multidirectional shoulder instability. I play rugby and softball and I can no longer tackle or throw a ball my tendons are so loose. I fear I need surgery. Until then I am in PT and will be wearing a brace so I can finish out the rugby season. I just received the SAWA brace, but have heard the Sully brace may be better. What do you recommend to wear while playing rugby?

For humeral shoulder instability the Cadlow Shoulder is the only product in existence that allows complete range of motion (including external rotation) while providing complete glenohumeral stability. It can be worn under pads and during competition in every major sport. It can be seen at http://www.dmsystems.com
