Shoulder pain

I injured my left shoulder about three years ago lifting cabinets overhead. I was told the joint is very narrow in my case and the bursa was swollen causing pain at that time I thought I had torn my rotator cuff). About 2 weeks ago I was pulling with my arm extended and slightly behind me and I felt a twinge of pain. Since then ithas progressivly gotten worse. I now experience pain under my collar bone right where my neck is and sometimes like a nail is being driven straight into my shoulder. I also have aching in my bicep with tingling sensation that radiates down to my thumb and adjacent finger.

    am a female, I have been working (1 month) out using hydralic weights earlier in the week I felt I little sensation in my right shoulder but did not have any pain or stiffness after the workout. On next time to do my upper again I felt it again a little discomfort but was able to work through the rest of the workout. The next morning there is tenderness, I can move my arm but I can not bring it up in a normal manner without extrem pain or muscle spasming. I can not get into a Ortho until next week. I’ve put ice packs on it, taken hot shower with pulse head, self messaged it, used Biofrezze while at work. etc. some relief but what can I do until I get into the Dr’s office? Don’t want to damage anyfurther HELP PLEASE!
