Was told by doctor I had tendinosis in my rotator cuff. He prescribed medication. Does anyone have any excercises that would help and increase flexibility in this area?
I have a torn rotor cuff,how long will it take to heal. I am going to a physical therapist and I also have hada cortisone shot. I’m in so much pain I can’t sleep,I’m up and about all night long.How long will it take to heal.
