SIde of Foot Pain
I hope you can help!
I have a pain on the side of my left foot.
It’s worse when I wake up in the morning or middle of the night and worse when I’m still for a while (like a long drive).
Once I walk on it a little and get moving, it’s okay.
I’m able to go running for 3 miles with no problem!
Sometimes when I get up, I can’t even walk for a couple minutes.
When I massage it, it feels like it hurts deep down.
There is no swelling or redness and I didn’t do anything to it!
I can’t figure it out.

Without an examination I can not tell you much. It might be plantar fasciitis, but you did not indicate where you hurt. I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
