What the doc told me was sinus tarsi syndrome…my pain is the inside of the ankle. They gave me some type of injection and put me in a cast boot. I was curious what causes this STS and how it is treated.

Do you mean tarsal tunnel syndrome? the pain from sinus tarsi syndrome is usually on the anterior lateral part of the ankle.
