Soft lump above left heel
I have developed a lump in the soft tissue on the back of my left just above my left heel. This is not pump bumps, or Haglund’s deformity (been there, done that). It hurts only when I touch it or wear shoes. This is a bit of a problem, as it’s winter!Could this be a ganglion? Or…?

Without seeing this I can not say for sure. Possibly a ganglion, but also could be several other things. Please make an appointment with a podiatrist for further examination and information.
