Sore Heel!

Hello,
I had a question…
My right heel only has pain.
Its more so on the inner heel, not so much the center under-ball.
Is it still considered heel spurs, plantar faciitis?
It feels good sometimes, when I elevate it.
Im a nurse aide, and am walking alot in the hospital with hard floors.
I’ve put gel insoles along with another insole.
Is it an arch support problem?
Should I see a podiatrist?
Please help…
Thank You 🙂

From your description this may be heel spur/plantar fasciitis. Generally speaking, I recommend that folks see a podiatrist. We are specialists in foot problems. Good luck.
