Sore lump in arch where bruise was
About 3 weeks ago, I was barefoot and stepped on the edge of my granddaughter’s wooden guitar, on the arch of my foot.
I was surprised at how badly it hurt at the time, and even more surprised at the huge bruise that was on my arch the next day. The bruise faded within a few day. There is nothing visible to the eye, but there is a VERY sore lump inside my foot where the bruise was. Should I be concerned about this, as it has been there now for several weeks.

There could have been a slight tear in the plantar fascia. If the lump persists, then a plantar fibroma may be the result. For further evaluation, I suggest you see a podiatrist
