Sore Thumb
My daughter fractured her the scaphoid bone in her left wrist and was in a thumb spica cast for 11 weeks. The cast was removed 11 weeks ago. She has been working with her school athletic trainer and her wrist seems fine now. Good range of motion and no pain. However, she still has soreness in her thumb. Is this from being in the cast for so long? The trainer is using electric stim on her and having her exercise it. How long will this last? Is there anything else she should do?

hurt thumb couple years ago and ever since I can’t put pressure on thumb then I get a sharp pain like my finger just broke it feels like it slips out of joint everytime
