I think that I might have injured my accessory nerve. I don’t remember hurting my self in any way, but for some reason I think that it might be injured. I was wondering if there is any way that you could tell me what kinds of symptoms I would be having if I did, and what kind of treatment options I have. I have already gone to 4 different massage therapist and have no good results. I desperatly need some help. Thank you for anything that you can do for me.
