Spots on my feet

Hi,
I have spots on both feet. The spots do not hurt however, they look really horrible on the bottom of my feet. I know they haven’t always been there and some days they seem to have spread more.
The spots resembles freckles or blemishes. Does this mean I have Diabetes or some other illness I’m unaware of?
Who would you suggest I see about this matter.
