Stiff ankle

My problem is that I can’t extend my ankles. Or I can but the movement is very slight. I have a slight flatfoot, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. So I would like to know if I can increse the range of motion of my ankle just by stretching or maybe I just have a structural disability in the foot?ps. sorry if my english wasn’t the best.

  1. I recommend that you have x-rays taken and evaluate if there are any bony abnormalities. Ther eis really no way to be able to tell you anything with an examination.
