: Is thearpy the only answer to loosen up ankle ligiments after having leg cast on for 3 months from fractures to ankle, tibia and fibula? my upper back is very stiff. so stiff that my upper back, the front of my neck and shoulders is like locked up. the chiropractor I’m seeing has ran out of techniques.is there any way you can help us out with a suggestion. how would you suggest the best technique to used. would you email me some pictures?
