Still in pain 7 weeks after haglund’s deformity removal.

Hi,
I’m currently 7 weeks post-op from Haglund’s Deformity removal surgery and a bursectomy.
About 3 days ago, I was rounding a corner and my ankle snap, crackle, popped.
I’m still in the post-op fracture boot so I didn’t think much about it.
But about 2 hours later, I was in severe pain.
My ankle is terribly swollen at my heel near my achilles tendon.
What could this be?
My ankle, which was starting to loosen up, is now very stiff and hard to walk very far on.
I’m at my witts end with all this stuff.
Should I call my Orthopedist or just wait and see what happens?
I’m have an appt. with my physical therapist on Tuesday, should I wait until then?
HELP!!!
Tanya

I think you should have already called your doctor and let him/her be the judge if you should come in. I always tell my patients- “To see is to know, not to see is to guess.”
