surgery and sports

I am 16, and I am very involved with sports ex.
Hockey,soccer, basketball, volleyball. I have severe bunions, and I am planning on skipping soccer for a summer, and getting surgery done in the summer time so I don’t miss my hockey season. If I get the surgery in June sometime, will I be able to play hockey by late September or early October?
