Swelling in pectoral – HELP!!!!

Ny husband just discovered some swelling, which is quite visible, in his left pectoral area.
There is no pain to the touch, it does not move and is soft.
What could this possibly be and what may have caused it? He does not workout right now because of a recent auto accident and does not recall any bumping of the area or injury.
PLEASE HELP!!! This is concerning me a great deal as we do not know WHAT to think of this situation. Could it be breast cancer? A lymph node problem?
WHAT?!!!!

I don’t think you should worry and it sounds like a cyst or lypoma – nothing to worry about. However, I do think you should get it check out by your doctor in person.
