swelling of toes on right foot & pain in left leg

The toes of my right foot have been swollen for several months.
I’ve seen different doctors regarding this situation without any success.
The swelling of my toes tends to make the size of my foot larger and it is very difficult to put on a shoe.
In addition, I also have severe pain in my lower back only when I get out of bed.
This pain then moves down my legs which prevents me from walking, unless I have the help of a cane.
In addition to the above I have Parkinson’s disease.
Is it possible that this is caused by Parkinsons.
