swollen and tingly feet

I am getting really worried, here is my situation:I am 35 and overweight, and my feet are starting to concern me.
I am a stay at home mom, and on my feet lots during the day, well, it used to be by night my left foot would swell up and tingle and puff up so you could see lines on the top of my foot when I flex it (the lines were cause it puffed up) well, now, it doesn’t take till night to get puffed up and swollen and tingly, now, it is rather early in the day and both feet are puffing up and tingling.
Last night in bed they hurt so bad, I couldn’t sleep or get comfy. Any help here?
