Swollen neck

Yesterday I fell at the bowling alley flat on my back and my head bounced twice. I thought I was okay until this morning when I woke up I was in extreme pain. The problem is I don’t have health insurance and I need to find out where I can go to get checked out. To make matters worse, I had to miss class today and I need a doctor’s note otherwise it will count against me. Does anyone know of someone in the Chicago area or near NW suburbs? Also, what can I take in the mean time to help ease the pain? Thanks.

I had a tight knot in my upper back and went for a massage, two days later, my neck was real swollen, I was fainting and feel dizzy. I went to the doctor the next day and they did blood work which all came out good. I still have a swollen neck and nobody can tell me why. I have also been under tremendous stress for a long time (about one year).

Did the Doctor check your ears? Maybe you had an ear infection?
