syatic nerve

Hi. Generally, I am a healthy person. But, at times I experience problems with my syatic nerve.
I have to drive 1hour each way to work each day in traffic which is tense.
I imagine this aggrivates the situation.
I am having pain down my left side of my butt and into my leg from the syatic pain. Can you recommend some exercises that may help to relieve the pain? Thanks!

    Start by using a lumbar roll to improve you sitting posture and take off the tension of the sciatic nerve. Let me know how you do with that and then I’ll give you some exercises. [email protected]
