tarsel tunnel syndrom

My husband has suffered from tarsel tunnel syndrom for 15 years.
Has had surgery in the left ankle twice and once in the right ankel. Even with medication the pain goes all the way up his back. Still he works full time, and sleeps almost all the time he is not working. the only time his feet feel fair is for the first 1 1/2 hrs after he has been in bed for 10 hrs.
He has been on 100mg of zoloft twice a day for cronic pain for 11 years.Does anyone have any sugestions on what to do?Or a specilist in this field of medicine?

I recommend he be evaluated by a neurologist and then a pain management specialist.
