tearing sensation under the achilles

Hi,about 10 years ago I tore my achilles tendon (repaired with surgery) and have led a healthy sports life since recovering – tennis, running, squash, racketball….however, lately I am experiencing a painful tearing sensation under the achilles tendon and the calcaneous when I do normal stretching or very slight stretching.any ideas of what this could be?many thnxWilly

Go to your doc, please. He can then do x-rays, MRI, etc to give an exact diagnosis. It’s impossible to even guess of a diagnosis through this type of medium.
