tendionitis in rotator cuff
my problem is they keep saying I have tendionitis in my shoulder. I was lifting a person and injuried my shoulder a while ago but it won’t heal. I have had two cortisone shots in this shoulder but no relief. It feels good for about one day till I move my shoulder alot. I’m really confused and concerned. I even tried Pysical therapy, nothing is working, What should I do?

Hi, I am 46yr old woman and had a mini stroke a year ago before that I worked in a factory and used my right arm alot..now I have rotator cuff tendonitis… I only had 1 session so far at my physical therapist.. I get 12 sessions… I am so afraid they are going to give me cortizone shots. I do not want that. can I tell them I don’t want them.. Thank you
