the bottom of my heel hurts

The other day while standing during work, I started feeling the bottom of my heel of my right foot hurting. As the days went by, it has become more of a nuisance than anything else. Now that it has been brought to my attention that it might have something to do with my Aguilles heel, I’m concerned. At the gym, I have a daily regime of cardio that varies from walking, spinning, stairmaster, that sort of thing. What can I do to remedy this pain? What exercise can I do in the meantime?

Without examining you, I can’t say what the cause is. If your Achillies tendon is inflamed then rest is indicated. The best bet is for you to see a podiatrist or orthopedist.
