Therapy for Distal Bicep Rupture
Can anyone tell me what the proper excercises are for rehabing after surgery for a ruptured distal bicep tendon?Is there a website that shows a program?
I want to make sure my therapist is doing the right things and pushing me hard enough.Thanks!

I had surgery to repair my distal bicep rupture in August, the doctor was not much help for rehab exercises, I am just now starting, what exercise program did you follow?
