Hello, I am a 31 year old female, and I have always been fairly active and healthy.
I was recently told that I have Scheuermann’s disease, and am looking for some information.
The diagnosis was made by x-ray, and came after a few weeks of back/chest pain and problems with my digestive system. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated!Kelly Koban

Hi, I too have Scheuermanns as well as lower back troubles, currently my upper back and neck are stiff and sore and I am having osteopathic treatment. For the last year I have had reflux, is this your digestive problem too. I was diagnosed about 14 years ago and for most of that time it was a bit stiff, but over the last 6 years I have had lots of troubles with the lower back which seems to make the upper back worse too. There seems to be information on what Scheuermanns is but nothing much about how it is treated. I am currently having massage and manipulation to loosen the area. What do you do?
