tibial plateau fracture

(2 discussions)

Dear Mr/Mrs, I got my tibial plateau fracture fixed with a plate and 4 screws half a year ago. I’m walking normally and the motion is good, but I’m experiencing pain especially while on stairs. My OS tells that I possibly need another operation (remove the plate? or check if there is some tissue in the joint and remove it as it causes inflammation?). Is there any alternative?… I don’t have any improvement for 3 months…passed through physical therapy already… Thanks a lot, Olga.

This is a case for your doctor… I suggest you listen to his advice.

If you are having inflamation, please google ARP Accelerated Recovery Protocol. Some chiropractors have the ARP machine.
