When my seven year old went for his check up, the doctor told us that he has very tight heel cords.
He can’t get his foot to 90 degrees.
He has some stretches to do. A friend of mine told me about some boots to wear at night time. Could you tell me which boots you reccommend? Thank you.

sir, could you tell me what is the immediate action to be taken if tight heel cord takes place and what next and please some suggest some drugs, becuase a friend of mine is a soccer player who got this.
