Tingling Foot

For a couple of years, I have experienced an occasional tingling sensation in my right foot only. It usually happens when I am tired, or just have plain lack of sleep. If I move the foot, the tingling goes away. Actually, it goes away on its own after a minute or less. But the tingling itself can be quite annoying and occur for hours on end every minute or so. There is no trauma to the foot, and it is only the right one, not the left, on the top part of the foot just below the smaller toes. Any ideas?

It would be most helpful to have an examination. I suggest you consider seeing a neurologist for this.
